Pricing questions
How does pricing work?
Castaly is pay-as-you-go. Add funds to your balance, then each generation is charged from actual model usage. There are no monthly fees, seats or commitments.
How are video and image models priced?
Video models charge by duration, resolution or task; image models by size and quality. The model list shows every available specification and its price. Final charges follow the actual request and settlement.
Where does my balance live?
Your balance is the Modelflare wallet linked to your account. Top up from Castaly or Modelflare; the same funds pay for Studio generations and direct API calls, and they do not expire.
Can I use only the API?
Yes. Create an API key on Modelflare and call the same models from your own app, agent or script at the same public prices. Key management, balance and usage history use your Modelflare account.
What should I check after a failed or timed-out generation?
Check the task status, usage record and balance changes. A browser timeout does not by itself confirm that generation stopped. If the status and charge do not match, contact support with the request or task ID; never include your API key.
Do you offer enterprise pricing?
Yes. For high-volume usage we discuss volume pricing, higher limits, priority support and custom onboarding. Contact sales from the Enterprise page.
